Issues with Gemini API

Hey there,
So i am following the ai-gemini-in-the-cloud template and getting the error
'Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "@google/generative-ai/server". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../". on my project' and i do not know how to resolve it.

I am using node js without Vite or Webpack because i do not know how to use them. any advice ?
